Cancellation and Refund Policy
DARMILL GROUP requires advance payments for all services prior to rendering any service to our clients. All sales are final for our coaching and event services. No refunds will be issued to our clients. As a courtesy to our clients, we accept rescheduling request via email or voice mail 24-hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
All fees for our services are final and non-refundable.
In the event of a missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full fee amount. To avoid this cost, please cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
All service contracts must be signed and agreed by DARMILL GROUP authorized personnel prior to any service engagement.
Only clients with signed agreement may choose to use our online payment system to pre-pay for our services.
Make Payments In-person or By Mail
Checks, made payable to DARMILL GROUP, are accepted through the mail or in person. Any payments for services and fees made in person at our offices must be made by check, Credit or Debit Cards. Any payments not honored by the bank will be redeposited and will incur applicable late and penalty fees.
Indicate client's name, address, and telephone number on the front of the check.

Make Payments Online
Make payments for our services online securely with PayPal. Plese click the "PAY NOW" Button and write in your decription and amount to be paid. Credit or Debit cards can be used to make payment online. Credit or Debit card payments are not accepted via phone or by mail or fax.
