CHANGE LEADERSHIP
Organizational change is inevitable due to both external and internal
factors that have influence on an organization. Effective change
leadership is essential to successfully lead organizational change and
to address the challenges associated with the strategic change
initiatives. This seminar will prepare leaders to master the skills
necessary to successfully lead these change initiatives within their
organizations.

Registration
The registration fees include all handout materials, completion certificate, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch. Registration fees do not include lodging which is the responsibility of the participant. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first served basis; some sessions may have class limits.
Cancellations and Refunds
No Refunds will be granted after the registration. A substitute participant may be designated in place of a registrant who cannot attend.
