Amy Friederich has practiced yoga for nearly 15 years and is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. She teaches open levels flow group classes and private yoga sessions, as well as corporate yoga classes and wellness webinars. She specializes in Mindfulness Meditation and Movement, which enhances self-awareness, harnesses the power of attention, promotes optimal functioning, and maximizes human potential at work and in all areas of life. Her mission is to help busy professionals with their physical, emotional, and mental well-being through the practice of self-care.
Amy is also a licensed attorney and Business Law adjunct instructor. She lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with her boyfriend and two Pitbull mixes. She loves to hike, paddle board, and travel abroad.
