Valerie Barber has practiced yoga for 23 years and is a 200 hr certified yoga teacher. She teaches open levels flow group classes, private yoga sessions, as well as partner yoga classes. She specializes in Mindfulness Meditation which enhances self-awareness, harnesses the power of attention, promotes optimal functioning and maximizes human potential at work and in all areas of life. She loves to help people discover how yoga & mediation can enhance strength, flexibility, and peace in their lives.
By day, she is an optometrist. By night, she teaches yoga and enjoys social dancing. Her home is in Edwardsville, IL where she resides with her two sons.
