Esther Dacanay

Esther's seasoned experience in writing, publishing, media/corporate communications, school guidance counseling, college/career advising, recruiting, addiction prevention, suicide/crisis intervention, and resilience building have provided her with the foundation from which to build and develop her writing craft, recruiting pursuits, and coaching practice.

Esther’s passions include coaching individuals and organizations to develop a strong mindset for resilience and success by sharing her strengths in organizational communication coaching, career coaching, relationship coaching, and life coaching. She holds a master’s degree in School Counseling with a lifetime professional clear credential for K12 counseling. She is also pursuing a second master’s degree and clinical licensure for Marriage Family Life Counseling in order to serve the military population.

Esther enjoys writing, photography, graphic/web design, rollerblading, biking, hiking, and international travel. The most rigorous hike Esther has ever engaged in is climbing Japan’s tallest mountain, Mt. Fuji, at 16,000 feet. To her, reaching the summit was a challenging spiritual-emotional experience symbolizing the many mountains she has had to face and conquer in life. She strives to help others to do the same because she believes that unrelenting faith can move mountains!
